Who is it designed for
This insurance is designed for individuals and small enterprises (sum insured up to BGN 300.000).
Subject of the insurance
Dwellings of individuals, offices and shops of small enterprises and the movable property, located in them.
Insurance cover
This insurance covers the following perils:
(1) Fire; (2) Thunder /lightning/, explosion, implosion; (3) Crush and/or fall down of piloted air-craft, its parts and/or cargo; (4) Storm; (5) Hail, torrential rain, flood; (6) Failure of water-main, sewerage and steam-main installations and the devices connected to them; (7) Earthquake; (8) Vandalism; (9) Burglary; (10) All risks of glasses and windows.
- For buildings – risks (1) to (8);
- For glasses – risk (10);
- For movable property – risks from (1) to (7) and by client’s request – risks (8) and (9).
Sum insured
The sum insured is defined on the basis of the recovery property’s value in Bulgarian Leva or other currency.
Insurance premium
The insurance premium shall be calculated according to the rates of HDI Zastrahovane AD depending on the insurance cover and the sum insured.
Validity of the insurance cover
The insurance cover is valid for the address, written in the policy.
Conclusion of the insurance
By the insurance agents or in the offices of HDI Zastrahovane AD.
Insurance term
The standard term of the insurance is 1 year.
